Crock-pot Roast
1 Roast
Onion salt
Garlic Salt
Put roast in crock-pot and season generously with both salts. (I do not add water) Cook for approx 7 hours on High (longer if frozen). You can make gravy with the drippings.
*To some it may not seem right without vegetables. Oh well. I like the versatility of being able to do anything with the left over beef and I always add veggies on the side.
